Our Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Payment Terms:
- INR 1 lakh token amount for date blocking
- 50% booking amount within 3 days of confirmation
- 25% within 30 days of confirmation or before 90 days prior to booking date
- 25% within 60 days of confirmation or before 60 days prior to booking date
Cancellation Policy:
- 120 days or more – retention of token amount
- 90 days or more till 119 days – 50% retention of advance amount
- 60 days or more till 89 days – 100% retention of advance amount
- 59 days or less – 100% retention of full booking amount
- We do not offer a refund on cancellations, the deposit amount is retained for your next booking with a deduction of bank or payment processing charges
